We debuted the new Fire Truck Exam table I built and so far all of our patients love it. Maybe I should build children's furniture? Some people have suggested it would make a great bed if I redesigned it a bit. Children would love it. I have a few other ideas I will be working on in the near future, a fish aquarium table, maybe a train diorama in the table, a Fairy tale castle or a birthday cake? Maybe carnival tent or an ambulance? After that I can theme the rooms to fit.
Also this week, we temporarily lost our heat in the Beacon office, it was 34 degrees when I walked in on Monday morning!
Our modem, thus our computer was also down in the Beacon office on Monday and Tuesday, sigh. Maybe it was the cold or maybe electronics get sick also? So after a physical it got better.
Our New Windsor office didn't escape the drama either. Our pipes froze! ......and subsequently burst. It was just a little burst, but it did create a lot of water. Pediatricians need water! Dr. Bernardez and Evelyn wash their hands A LOT! I thought we were going to find all of the water in Newburgh and New Windsor on the floor of our pediatric office, but our wonderful staff was able to get the water turned off and mop it up quickly.
So the snow is still here and Dr. B and all of Orange Pediatric Care are here to take care of you too, whether it is asthma, allergies, influenza, a physical, or just a plain old "not feeling well" sick visit, come see us and receive that friendly bedside manner and personalized quality care our board certified Pediatrician and Nurse Practitioner will give you.
